Since I am a freelance website developer, I offer a reasonable rate of $23.00 per hour. I just don't have the overhead costs of other web development business.
How does this hourly rate translate into a 5 page, HTML-based, custom designed website? Well, depending upon the onsite consultation and photography time which usually lasts no more than 2-4 hours, the website building itself should take approximately 6-10 hours if page text is provide. This translates into approximately $180.00-$320.00.
